I loved my stay, especially the huge room and comfy bed that made it so easy to relax. With free lotions and skin care outside the elevator, it was a nice touch for unwinding after a day out. The only downside was that the elevator could take a bit longer at busy times, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

Sound insulation between rooms could use improvement!!! The laundry facilities are severely lacking with only three machines available for all guests. A larger bathroom trash bin would be more practical too!!!

I loved the super convenient location just across from the train station. The breakfast was nice, but we found cool local spots to eat instead. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials. Plus, the self-serve area on the ground floor was handy! 😊

the check-in process was basically DIY, which woudl ve been sooo much nicer with just a hint of warmth. Also, I was expecting a grander breakfast area instead of this overcrowded mess. Honestly, a complimentary drink woudl have been a lovely touch after such inconveniences. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and the thoughtful amenities like free lotions and skin care outside the elevator added a touch of comfort. The location, right across from Kyoto Station, was incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with modern facilities like a flat-screen TV and heated toilet seat that made my stay enjoyable during the cold weather.
